We recommend you start by running the Quickcheck. The Quickcheck is a brief, step-by-step auto-diagnostic tool that can detect or install components your computer needs in order to use our online products.
Search the Knowledgebase
Search or Browse the Support Knowledgebase for solutions to common problems. Go to the Knowledgebase.
Contact your internal Support resource
Most Korn Ferry customers handle initial support requests internally. Contact your internal IT/Help Desk or other assigned internal resource for assistance with your issue.
