LOS ANGELES, November 16, 2015 ­— Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent authority on leadership and talent, today announced that Louise Palmer has joined the firm’s Leadership and Talent Consulting business as a Senior Partner based in London.

Ms. Palmer joins us from a large British-based retailer, Mothercare, plc., a global company where she was the Group People Director and led the Corporate Social Responsibility function. Previously in 2001, Ms. Palmer founded 7days, a successful business of specialists in organisational effectiveness, which she sold in 2010.

Ms. Palmer has predominantly focused on the private sector, with a strong background in travel, leisure, hospitality, media and retail sectors. Ms. Palmer has a master’s degree in HR and Organisational Strategy.
