Dhritiman Chakrabarti joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

SINGAPORE, March 6, 2017 — Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Dhritiman Chakrabarti has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner, Korn Ferry Hay Group. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s Singapore office.

In his role as the Regional Rewards and Benefits Leader for Asia Pacific, Mr. Chakrabarti will manage the entire spectrum of Rewards and Benefits solutions, including Executive Compensation, broad-based Rewards, Performance Management and Incentive Pay Design.

Mr. Chakrabarti has more than 20 years of consulting experience across the Asia Pacific region. Before joining Korn Ferry Hay Group, he was the regional leader for the Rewards, Talent & Communications business for Asia Pacific in a leading global advisory firm. Other than assuming the profit-and-loss responsibility for the business, Mr. Chakrabarti drove the selling and delivery of integrated solutions by bringing Analytics, Advice and Technology together.

Mr. Chakrabarti has a Masters Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Strategy.
