Mr. Cheong has been working with various clients in dealing with disruptive change resulting in the development of new capabilities through a multi-modal approach blended with various technology platforms.
He specializes in conceptualizing and designing various programs activities to build leadership competencies, lead change, create high performing teams and strategic alignment.
Mr. Cheong has led in consulting projects ranging from leadership development, technical job family architecture, learning roadmaps, talent management, performance management, HR Transformation and competency modeling.
He is a specialist in instructional design and works on developing competency frameworks and customizes in the delivery of leadership programs leading to people transformation leveraging on KF’s tools and diagnostics. Able has delivered excellent leadership programmes at the global level, facilitated and coached senior level leaders that resulted with deep positive impact and transformation.
Mr. Cheong has worked globally in cities such as Karachi, Ulaanbaatar, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, London, New York and Sydne

Mr. Cheong graduated with Master in Organisational Leadership (Distinction) from Monash University, Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education. He is a certified Action Learning Coach with the World Institute of Action Learning (WIAL), and accredited in KFHG’s diagnostics. Mr. Cheong also holds the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
