Mr. Kabins helps large, global organizations create structured selection processes by implementing custom selection assessments that are legally defensible and valid. He helps lead teams that provide analytics to support data-driven decisions as well as develop and implement impactful talent management processes.
Mr. Kabins also supports efforts to identify, assess, and coach high potential leaders and executives as well as support organizational strategy and design. Industries he works with include; retail, contact centers, financial services and manufacturing.
Mr. Kabins has worked with numerous fast-paced Fortune 500 companies to help them put in place more consistent and objective hiring practices that reduce biases and improve quality of hire and turnover.
Areas of expertise for Mr. Kabins include job analysis and custom assessment design, employee engagement, strategy, leadership development and succession planning.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kabins was a senior consultant for Assess Systems, now Outmatch. His professional history includes working as a talent management consultant for Aptus Gamified Assessments and The City of College Station.
Mr. Kabins earned his master's and doctoral degrees in industrial/organizational psychology from Texas A&M, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Truman State University. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), Academy of Management and APA.
