Mr. Sonaike’s has worked across several sectors, managing client relationships, and leading on the delivery of large-scale client projects. He brings expertise across a range of practices areas including leadership development, talent strategy and succession planning, coaching, facilitation, organizational design, work measurement, and job design.
Mr. Sonaike designs and delivers senior-level leadership development programmes, and assessments informing selection, talent management, succession planning, and post acquisition and integration initiatives.
Mr. Sonaike is an experienced advisory consultant supporting organizations to achieve their desired outcomes through a range of organizational effectiveness interventions. He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (2007) having completed his masters in occupational psychology from City University (London) in 2004, and is qualified through the British Psychological Society on Levels A and B.
