Managing Partner, Technology Officers Practice & Co-Leader Global Cybersecurity Practice
Ms. Alexander works with clients ranging from large, global corporations to high growth entrepreneurial companies, spanning a diverse array of industries. She is a recognized leader in understanding how the current technology, security, and regulatory landscape is impacting business and works closely with her clients in helping them build effective teams to innovate while mitigating risk. In addition to recruiting senior executives, a significant portion of her work involves partnering with organizations to transform and optimize functional domains across cybersecurity and technology operations.
Prior to entering the organizational and talent advisory profession, Ms. Alexander worked in the field of international security and defense policy. Her experience includes serving as a Presidential Management Fellow in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and as a senior policy advisor on the Committee of Armed Services in the U.S. House of Representatives. She also served on active duty in the U.S. Army as a Signal Corps officer.
Ms. Alexander holds a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and earned a bachelor of arts degree from The Johns Hopkins University. She is a member of the Advisory Board of Cybersecurity Ventures, which provides reports and research on emerging cyber trends. Ms. Alexander is a June 2019 recipient of The Exceptional Women Awardees Foundation (EWA) program – a yearlong leadership program.
