Mr. Aznar collaborates with organizations on the implementation of their strategies, through projects relating to effectiveness, organizational improvement, talent management, and the definition of reward policies. He has worked for companies from different industries on the definition of integrated policies, from organizational design to implementation of talent management systems.
Mr. Aznar has collaborated with different industrial groups, managing projects related to defining reward policies that align with corporate strategies and implementing those policies in different countries, mainly in South America.
Mr. Aznar joined Korn Ferry in 1996 and his areas of specialization are compensation, organization, and talent management.
Mr. Aznar works with clients on reward policies including fixed compensation, variable pay systems and benefits, and executive compensation. He helps clients develop organizational analysis and improvement, job evaluation, and job family models. Within talent management, he helps create performance management, capability models, and leadership models.
He is a expert in the public sector, and he has worked in different Integrated reform as central government of Andorra, or Nicaragua government, which involved drawing up the public function law, ministerial restructuring, and developing the civil servant classification and compensation systems.
Mr. Aznar holds an industrial psychology degree from the University of Barcelona. He has taken various post-graduate courses relating to management at different entities and business schools (IAE, EADA, ESADE).
Before joining Korn Ferry he occupied various posts in different departments of the Regional Government of Catalonia, the last one being head of human resources management at the Department of Employment.
