In her role as Director of Client Solutions, Alexandra is responsible for Korn Ferry's North America RPO market development.
Prior to her current role, Mrs. Berger held the role of Senior Solution Design Architect, where she was responsible for developing recruitment solutions and programs that aligned with an organization's talent management, development, and attraction strategies. She has worked in a variety of roles at Korn Ferry including, Implementation Consultant, and Technology Innovation Consultant. In this role Mrs. Berger worked directly with Korn Ferry leadership to develop proprietary technology solutions that streamline and improve business processes and client service offerings.
Given her unique ability to unite technology (AI, Machine Learning, RPA, and Chatbot Automation) and talent acquisition, she has been able to partner with multiple organizations on executing enterprise-wide hiring initiatives for the Technology, Industrial and Life Sciences industries that deliver business impact on a regional and global scale.
Areas of expertise include: talent acquisition, technology integration and utilization, change management, implementation, employee value proposition, strategy execution, candidate and employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
Mrs. Berger holds a Bachelor's degree with majors in both Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
