She has specific expertise in instructional design, and has designed hundreds of custom leadership, interpersonal, and technical skill programs.
Ms. Montmarquette has worked on a wide range of leadership and talent projects, from competency model development to instructional design, delivering successful business solutions across a range of industries, including pharmaceutical, financial services, healthcare, telecom, and manufacturing, among others.
Ms. Montmarquette's areas of expertise include leadership and team development, assessment and feedback, competency model development, and all aspects of instructional design, from front-end analysis to the development of innovative and strategic solutions that align leadership and team performance with the strategic needs of the organization.
Ms. Montmarquette is accredited in Korn Ferry's Behavioural Event Interviewing and Competency Coding methodologies, as well as in a variety of assessment instruments, including the Inventory of Leadership Styles, Organizational Climate Survey, Picture Story Exercise, and the Talent Q Dimension and Elements instruments for selection and development.
Ms. Montmarquette holds an bachelor's degree (honors) and a diploma in French translation from the University of Toronto. Previously, she worked as an instructional design consultant with The Performance Edge and The Training Corporation, where she developed numerous training programs for a variety of clients.
