The Products Group works in the areas of Rewards & Benefits, Employee Engagement as well as tools and programs for talent assessment and leadership development.
In his current role Amer is responsible for Business development ,managing key client relationships as well as overseeing account management and delivery for the Products vertical. At KF, Amer has worked extensively in the areas of rewards, employee engagement and talent assessment both for pre hires as well as high potentials across clients from diverse sectors including Oil & Gas, FMCG. Manufacturing, Auto and Retail.
Mr. Haleem has more than 18 years + of experience in sales, marketing, general management and consulting across diverse sectors like consumer, media, retail and consulting and is able to bring all his knowledge to the fore while working with and advising clients.
In the last 5 years with KF he has worked with more than a 100 clients in India and South East Asia. Some of the marquee names that he has partnered with in India and South East Asia in the recent past include Cairn Energy, Tata NYK, Carrier Midea, BPCL, Siemens, Capgemini, Aker, Louis Dreyfus, Olam International, Ferrero Rocher, Michelin, G4S, Toyota, BMW, Yamaha, VW, Metso, Tata NYK, Bridgestone, Decathlon, Snapdeal and Mother Dairy etc.
Mr. Haleem has worked in top tier organizations like Johnson & Johnson, Hindustan Times, Olam International and the Times Group. Prior to his joining KF, Amer was the Head of Revenue for a Times Group Company.
Mr. Haleem is an Economics graduate with a Masters in Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila.
