Amisha has expertise designing and executing strategies that enhance the employee life cycle to drive business growth.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Amisha sat within the Senior Leadership Team at a secondary school. This is where Amisha found her passion for culture change and inclusion and the effect it has on outcomes and progress.

Leaning on her people management experience she embraced a career change into HR. Using core principles of empathy, passion and reflection to aid her experience across HR including Recruitment, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Organisational Design & Effectiveness and Cultural Transformation.

A large part of her HR work has been in designing, implementing and monitoring D&I strategies within the public, not for profit and retail sectors across EMEA. Along with creating and delivering training packages to global banks and law firms.

Amisha has Qualified Teacher Status and holds a Masters Degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Birmingham.

Whilst in education Amisha designed and presented regional CPD, coached student teachers and delivered lectures to PGCE students. She gained her advanced leadership programme certificate from the University of Cambridge.

Whilst studying for her CIPD Level 7 Amisha has spoken on global panels about D&I within the public sector, and written a paper with the University of Oxford.

Amisha can speak Gujrati and Hindi is currently studying to speak French.
