With a background in organizational psychology and specialization in competency assessment, Mr. Mawazini is directly involved in human capital planning and talent program management for industry-leading companies!

Coming from a Syrian background, residing overseas, and having travelled to nearly 40 countries, Mr. Mawazini has been able to adapt and learn to distinguish between a rich diversity of cultures when dealing with clients.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Mawazini spent more than 5 years working with a range of organizations across EMEA & APAC.

Mr. Mawazini holds a degree in Psychology and an Assessment qualification by the British Psychological Society.

Mr. Mawazini has participated in and delivered an excess of 500 assessment centers across 5+ countries throughout his career and was directly responsible for structuring the entire assessment methodology for a polished candidate experience within client organizations.

Partnering with various assessment developer team, Mr. Mawazini has utilized and developed an extensive set of measurement tools including 360 assessments, personality/aptitude psychometric tests, competency-based interviews, and business simulation roleplay exercises.
