Anika has more than 10 years of global HR consulting experience with consulting firms where she worked on Reward, Assessment Development, Talent and Change Management projects for various industry sectors. These experiences were pivotal to her professional development, providing her with valuable organizational skills and expanding her world view of the HR Consulting space.

Anika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Entrepreneurship, Technology and Innovation from James Madison University, Virginia, USA and a Master’s degree in Management from Durham University Business School, UK.

She is a certified Korn Ferry Practitioner in KFLA Competency Framework and KF Assess Leadership and Potential Assessments, PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, British Psychological Society (BPS) assessment certified Practitioner and an MBTI Assessment and Development Practitioner.
