Ms. Wingrove has over twenty years of business and HR experience across Asia. She has conducted senior leadership reviews, CEO succession planning, CEO and top team development and talent development initiatives for clients across various industries.
She joined Korn Ferry in 2008 and returned from Asia in 2016 where she ran Korn Ferry's business in South East Asia and Hong Kong. She leads a number of global accounts for the region across a range of sectors as well as working deeply with clients in Australia.
Working directly with CEOs, CEO successors and top teams, Ms. Wingrove also advises organisations on broader leadership development and talent strategies.
Her areas of passion include CEO and senior leadership development and the development of talent in Asia.
Previously, Ms. Wingrove headed human resources for a large division of a large Asian financial institution. There, she also led human resources for a global business and held line, marketing, and project roles.
Ms. Wingrove is a registered psychologist and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology from Monash University, and a Master's of Commerce (Honors) from the University of Melbourne.
