Annabel's track record stems from her own commercial experience in her early career and her belief that ‘attracting and developing people first’ drives business success across all industries and disciplines.
Annabel works closely with her clients to fully understand their business requirement which ensures that candidates are engaged and focused on the opportunity. Equally she works on the ‘right move’ for the candidate leading to long terms successes in the appointments she works on.
Annabel has previously worked in Korn Ferry and a number of boutiques including running her own Search Practice.
She returned to Korn Ferry in 2018 attracted by the fact that the business is now able to offer clients the full remit of talent solutions from single search assignments at Board level & C-Suite through to Project work for multiple hires and RPO. Additionally the Talent Advisory business allows Korn Ferry to truly become a trusted strategic advisor offering solutions across Leadership Development, Talent Management, Search and Retention – giving businesses the chance to drive success through their people.
Her network across the consumer sector is extensive and she is able to work quickly and creatively to find the right solution for clients whether they be privately owned businesses, PLCs or PE backed organisations. Initially embarking on a career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Annabel then went into commercial roles at Mars Chocolate. She embarked on her Executive Search career in 2011 initially focusing on FMCG roles, but now undertaking a broader consumer remit.
Annabel has a B.Com (Commerce with French) 2:1 Degree from the University of Birmingham including a year at L’École Supérieure de Commerce Bretagne, France.
She is also working towards her accreditation as a Professional Executive Coach.
