Ms. Gunderson contributes to the Firm's business growth in communications skill building through developing thought leadership, expanding the suite of best-in-class solutions, and serving as an instructional design leader, executive coach, and mentor.
She has more than twenty years experience in design and delivery of training solutions for Korn Ferry's global clients in Europe, Asia, and North America. Ms. Gunderson works with clients in the professional services, consulting, IT, telecom, banking, hospitality, and pharmaceutical industries. She has been named Consultant of the Year three times, and consistently earns high ratings for her in-person and webinar training delivery expertise.
As a coach, she focuses on executive presence, delivery skills, information design, interaction, and speech preparation for senior executives.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 1992, Ms. Gunderson choreographed and performed for professional musical theater productions across the United States, Germany, and Japan.
She holds a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Minnesota. In addition, Ms. Gunderson has studied instructional design with Darryl Sink & Associates and facilitation skills with Roger Schwartz and George Ford.
