Mr. Furkfon has led various holistic and integrated business transformation projects, specifically in transforming client's current culture to a desired state using above-mentioned tools.
Having worked with Korn Ferry for over a decade, Mr. Furkfon has taken on the role of a project director and project manager, covering various practices such as Building Effective Organisation, Performance Management System, Strategic Workforce Planning, Job Evaluation, Strategic Reward Design, Competency Model, Career Management as well as Talent & Succession Planning for leading public and private Thai companies. He is recognized as an experienced reward practitioner in Thailand for his successful delivery to clients.
Prior to join Korn Ferry, he was a consultant at Stern Stewart & Co. and was responsible for strategy clarification using value-based management approach.
Mr. Furkfon graduated as an industrial mechanical engineer from The Polytechnic University in Japan with 1st class honor and a MBA in international business with excellent honor. He is a fluent in Japanese, English and Thai.
