He has over ten years of human capital consulting and executive coaching experience, working with leading organizations and their boards, building board and organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and senior team alignment.
Mr. Gray has gained extensive international experience working with some leading management consulting and leadership advisory firms. He joined Korn Ferry in 2015, and prior to his current role, was leadership development and talent management practice leader in Korn Ferry's advisory business in Auckland, New Zealand.
Having enjoyed a professional rugby playing career for over ten years prior, much of the value Mr. Gray provides clients today is founded on the valuable experiences gained during this time working with and developing high performing teams and winning cultures in the competitive sporting environment.
Mr. Gray holds a Master of Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Bachelor in Business Psychology, all from Massey University. He also completed a MBA exchange semester at The European Business School in Germany and most recently Mr. Gray completed his Directors course from the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
Aside from his work for Korn Ferry, Mr. Gray also supports Massey University as a guest lecturer, presenting Strategic Career Planning and Successful Transitions as one of the final classes for the Masters students from the Massey Business School. Furthermore, as Chairman of the board, Mr. Gray volunteers his expertise to Reconnect Family Services, a not for profit organization.
