Bhawna Bakshi

Bhawna Bakshi serves clients in the Agribusiness, Infrastructure and Mobility sectors. She co-leads the Agribusiness Practice in Asia and is also a core member of Korn Ferry's Supply Chain Centre of Excellence.

Ms. Bakshi specializes in C-level searches and leadership projects that develop talent strategies tied directly to business plans, including actionable and segmented insights into talent strengths, needs, and economics. She has broad client service experience across the transportation sector, including 3/4PLs, e-commerce, maritime, trucking, rail, shipping, and road fleets. Within agribusiness, she covers agro-commodities, crop protection, seeds and fertilizers, food ingredients, as well as dairy and animal feed sectors in Asia. She also serves clients in the infrastructure sector to design project organizations and owner's teams to help clients improve on-time and on-budget delivery of major projects and get the most out of their teams.

Additionally, she focuses on functional roles such as supply chain, operations, project management and manufacturing heads across various industry sectors. In her role, Ms. Bakshi leverages her industry experience with emphasis on strategy and business development, consulting activities and project management.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Bakshi led Singapore's national water agency's business development in target markets of Southeast Asia, India and the Middle East to bring new business and strengthen existing relationships. She has managed region-wide engagements, advising on strategy formulation and created business models and scenarios to evaluate business opportunities. Her earlier experience also includes a stint for a US multinational consulting firm. Working with clients internationally, creating business models and building recommendations has given her a good understanding of operational and technology aspects of businesses. She was also involved in managing cross-functional infrastructure projects including working on Mongolia's first wind farm.

Ms. Bakshi holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the Stanford University and a Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering from Delhi University.

Her language skills include English, Hindi and French.
