Mr. Herman has been involved in crafting a number of solutions for clients from the design and delivery of leadership development programs aimed at management, to the design and implementation of bespoke behavioral competency models for organizations.
Mr. Herman has also added value for clients in terms of design and delivery of assessments to provide a view on talent capability. He has worked on projects involving the measurement of complexity of jobs across an organization, reviewing pay against the market and providing recommendations pertaining to the review in as far as structures are concerned.
Mr. Herman has worked for Korn Ferry for nine years and brings an understanding of the African market and has been establishing himself in the UK since January 2016.
Mr. Herman has worked across different sectors at KF including pharmaceuticals, fast moving consumer goods, and retail. He is currently focused on telecommunications and the public sector.
Mr. Herman has the skills and expertise to work across business lines at KF in the leadership development, talent management, and work measurement areas. He is a skilled facilitator and has assisted the business to grow its own talent through facilitating key leadership programs.
Mr. Herman holds a masters degree in organizational psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. He is a registered organizational psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
