Britta facilitates a variety of leadership and talent development programs, supporting individuals in their personal learning journey. She also leverages her coaching certification during individual development conversations. As an experienced assessor, she further supports selection processes, in which psychometric tools are frequently applied.
Her focus is on finding customized and result-oriented solutions that fit the company’s specific strategy, culture and vision.
Britta has several years’ experience in leadership and organizational consulting. Her primary interests and assignments focus around assessing and developing leaders.
She has run several blended learning development programs for high-potential and mid-level leader audiences on a global scale. She has also delivered specialized workshops on a variety of topics such as effective teaming, emotional intelligence and unconscious bias. She has further supported clients with broader talent management interventions such as developing competency models or building succession plans.
Her experience spans across different geographies as well as industries, with a focus in the industrial, technology and consumer goods industries.
Britta has completed her MSc in Work-and Organizational Psychology at the Radboud University in Nijmegen, Netherlands. She also holds a Minor in Business Administration. Apart from certifications in different assessment tools she is a certified coach.
Britta is fluent in English, German and Dutch.
