Mr. Chung has more than twenty years of HR experiences in consulting and industrial field in areas of engineering and construction, High-Tech manufacturing, finance, consumer, telecom industries.
Mr. Chung's professional experience has been focused on building effective organization by developing talent strategy aligning with business, acquiring and developing talents, motivating and retaining talents.
Mr. Chung worked with many Korea conglomerates such as SK Group, LG Group, Samsung Group, Hyundai KIA Motor Group, Hyundai Heavy Industry, GS-Caltex, Doosan Group, Posco, Pulmuone Group, Sampyo Group, Dongbu Group, Daelim Group, KB Finance Group, Hankook Tire, and so on to make them transform to effective organization via strategic HR initiatives.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Chung held several professional and leadership positions such as General Manager of Talent Acquisition and Global HR Team of Daelim Industrial, Procurement Planning & HR Team in Samsung Engineering, MERCER, and LG Electronics.
Mr. Chung received a Ph. D degree in International Business Administration majoring in Organizational Behavior from Kyung-Hee University and master and bachelor degree in Public Administration from Korea University in Seoul.
