His key responsibilities are to manage and drive implementation, enhance and develop the strategic direction ensuring the solution delivers to key SLA's, and to provide high level account management and leadership to the on-site teams.
Prior to this role, Mr. Cleur specialised in Korn Ferry's Financial Services sector, leading Korn Ferry's GE Money RPO Solution where he managed the recruitment and administration teams to deliver call center, retail (GE branch Network), Collections, Sales, Customer Solutions recruitment, Grad and Intern program across ANZ. He also worked closely with the GE HR team to drive projects relating to reporting, attrition, engagement and data analysis of recruitment activity.
Prior to this role, Mr. Cleur was the Solution Leader onsite at Cummins South Pacific, where he led the onsite recruitment team in delivery of services across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific
Mr. Cleur joined Korn Ferry in 2009, and previously held the position of Recruitment and Talent Manager at Orica. Since joining Korn Ferry, he has worked across a number of our solutions, including Foster's Group and UGL.
Mr. Cleur transitioned into the Recruitment Industry after a career as a Logistics Coordinator for Globe International where he was seconded to set up the European Supply Chain in Holland and South West France.
