Senior Client Partner

Caroline Flaissier is a Senior Client Partner based in Korn Ferry’s Paris Office, and a member of the Global Industrial Market practice.

Caroline advises leaders on building high-performance teams and delivering their strategy, and conducts executive searches in the Energy, ESG, and Industry fields.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Caroline was Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE Supply B2B in France, where she led the full turnaround of the business, and the shift of its operating model to innovative services linked to the energy transition.

Earlier in her career, Caroline spent 16 years at Total where she held various executive roles, both operational and functional.

Caroline has a deep knowledge of business transformation within industrial environments and of global macrotrends. Her creative, results-oriented approach relies on the experience she acquired in many different roles such as Chief Digital & Innovation Officer, Cost Culture Manager, Supply Vice President or IT Manager.

Caroline is a board member of the infrastructure fund Infravia Capital Partner, a partner at the impact fund 50 Partners Impact, and a member of the Oversight Council for Engineering Sciences Courses of Sorbonne Université.

She is also a Young Leader of the French American Foundation, and the winner of Les Échos’s “Next Leader Award” prize for Digital in 2017.

Caroline holds a masters’ degree in engineering from Ecole Supérieure des Mines de Nancy.
