In this role, Mr. Aldrich functions as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business, culture and talent acquisition needs; and by managing candidates through the entire search life-cycle. As a search and technology subject matter expert, he provides guidance to clients, candidates, and research teams on recruitment best practices. Overall, Cary’s primary focus is to provide a best-in-class client and candidate experience.
Mr. Aldrich's entire 10+ year professional career has focused on identifying and hiring technology talent. He has an established record in recruiting senior technology leaders.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Aldrich spent nearly 4 years teaming up with Digital, Investment Banking, Asset Management, and Corporate Technology as an Executive Recruiter at JP Morgan Chase & Co. He partnered with senior technology leaders to build/enhance the top-rated Chase Mobile application, trading systems, investment management systems, and corporate/line of business infrastructure. While at JPMC, Cary led various recruiting events including interview days, internal/diversity/military networking meetups, and virtual career fairs. He was also the Disability Recruiting Champion for Technology and Ops.
Earlier in his career, Cary spent 4 years recruiting technology professionals for boutique staffing firms including, Mitchell Martin, an industry leader at the professional level. His responsibilities included identifying candidates and managing candidate/client interaction end-to-end. In this role he serviced the financial services, healthcare, insurance, and startup industries.
Mr. Aldrich earned a Bachelor of arts degree in sociology from Columbia University. He is a certified LinkedIn Recruiter. He was voted Team Captain of Columbia's NCAA Division I Wrestling Team for two consecutive years.
