Chris brings significant expertise and experience shaping integrated organization and talent solutions and managing large and complex client projects and relationships.
He has deep expertise in helping clients align their business strategy with their talent strategy with a focus on optimizing performance.
Chris has designed and delivered on workplace transformational initiatives such as performance management, manager development, HR effectiveness, employee engagement, talent assessments, D&I, and Talent Strategy.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was a Partner at Gallup.
Chris has a BS in Finance and Marketing as well as an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Kansas. He is an active member of his community serving on the Leadership Board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters. He has published numerous articles on workplace optimization as well as serving as a guest speaker on a variety of management practices.
