Senior Client Partner

Christophe Meuter is a Senior Client Partner, based in the firm’s Paris office.

Christophe advises organizations on driving performance through their people and organization decisions. He has extensive experience in sales and marketing transformation in the consumer industry across the world. Growth opportunities exist beyond the comfort zone of most organizations, requiring new business models, skills, assets, talent, organizational structures, and ways of working.

Christophe is an experienced business leader and management consultant with global experience. Prior to joining the firm, he was the managing partner for a consulting firm based in Paris. He led a fully connected team of brand and marketing, and retail specialists. He helped his clients to define Growth Strategies (Offer, Brand launch, New Route To Market, Omnichannel Strategy) and to implement them in an effective and efficient manner (Revenue Growth Management, Business processes, Distributor management, New Organization).

He held similar positions in Asia (Shanghai, Singapore, Bangkok), where he has helped most of the leading consumer goods companies to succeed in China or across Asia thanks to the right channel prioritization and sales organization.

After graduating from a French Business School, Christophe worked 15 years in Sales and Marketing at Unilever and Kimberly Clark in France as well as in Greater China and for the Africa / Middle East / Russia region.

Christophe earned a Master Degree in Management from Skema Business School.

He is fluent in English and French.
