Whilst at Korn Ferry, Ms. Honeycutt successfully led a global aerospace marquee account resulting in over 4k hires a year with a global time to fill of 45 days, with a focus on engineering, manufacturing and security cleared roles. Christy previously led Korn Ferry's internal recruitment organization for RPO, Search and Talent Academy. She was critical in the growth and development of the Dallas Talent Delivery Center.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Christy held multiple leadership positions at IBM. She led their internal RPO practice where she successfully launched RPO clients such as; Ford, GM, Baker Hughes, Case New Holland, US Steel, Key Bank, Shire, PAREXEL, Eli Lily, Regeneron, Intel, Air Canada and Analog Devices Inc.
