Mr. Martin works with business leaders to help them align their organizations, assess and enhance organizational capabilities, and ensure that their HR programs support the strategic direction of the organization. His breadth and depth of experience in talent development and pay has helped clients shape and successfully execute broad change efforts.
Mr. Martin has over 20 years of consulting experience on both the consulting and corporate side. He has helped design talent assessment and development models while aligning them to performance management and reward systems.

Mr. Martin has extensive industry knowledge in the industrials sector with a focus on chemical and agriculture organizations. He spent a portion of his career working at a large multi-national agriculture firm.
Mr. Martin received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Strategy. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan with concentrations in Organizational Studies and Psychology.
