Dana Sullivan

Principal, Global Government Affairs

Ms. Sullivan is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s Washington, DC and Brussels offices, and is a member of the Firm’s Global Government Affairs Practice and Corporate Affairs Center of Expertise. 

Ms. Sullivan executes all manner of senior-level government affairs and public policy searches, and specializes in global, international and regional roles. She works across a broad range of industries including financial services, industrial, energy, healthcare, insurance, consumer goods and technology.

Before joining Korn Ferry in 2010, Ms. Sullivan served as the White House Liaison to the United States Department of Energy.

Prior to this, she served at the 2008 Republican National Convention, first as Director of Administration and Human Resources, where she facilitated the vetting and hiring of prospective employees, then as Director of Transportation.

Ms. Sullivan returned to the United States in 2006, after having served as Special Assistant to the Ambassador at the Embassy of the United States in Dublin, Ireland. She served in a variety of roles at the United States Department of State in Washington, D.C. in the Office of the Deputy Secretary of State, the Bureau of European Affairs and the White House Liaison Office.

Ms. Sullivan began her career in the Washington, D.C. office of United States Senator Judd Gregg and at the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Gettysburg College.
