Daniel was honorably awarded as one of Top 10 Experts in HR Consulting by Guangdong Province Human Resource Association.

Daniel has accumulated 20 years of experience in HR management and consulting. Prior to Korn Ferry, he has served in Mercer for 12 years, as a principal and South China Business Leader. He has also worked at Siemens China, TUV Rheinland for many years with hands-on corporate HR practical experiences.

Daniel helps his clients define their talent strategies supporting business strategies, to drive employees performance through effective talent management and rewards systems, and eventually to achieve organizational and individuals' business results.

Daniel graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (BA) and Guangdong Social Science University (MA). Daniel also worked as an academic researcher in Weimar University Germany.
