Ms. O’Halloran partners with executives and senior leaders to align people strategy with organizational strategy. She has experience working with clients across both human capital and corporate strategy solutions to drive and sustain organizational performance through the development and execution of people programs and transformation projects.
Prior to joining the firm, she led the delivery of corporate and business unit strategy and large scale transformation projects with Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations consulting practice. Prior to attending business school, she was also a member of Deloitte’s Human Capital consulting practice.
Ms. O’Halloran brings eight years of experience at the intersection of strategy and people. She has established a reputation for developing trusted advisor client relationships, managing high performing teams and delivering distinctive client solutions.
Ms. O’Halloran specializes in organizational strategy and her areas of expertise include corporate and business unit strategy, talent strategy, performance management, leadership development and top team performance, change management and transformation, design thinking and workshop facilitation.
She has advised clients across multiple industries, including: agriculture, consumer products, financial services, hospitality, telecom and government.
Ms. O’Halloran holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from George Washington University with minors in Economics, Business Administration and Spanish.
