With over 20 years of consultative business development experience and over 10 years in Leadership Development and Performance Management, David has worked successfully to solve multiple client's organizational challenges nationally.
David is enthusiastic and dedicated to understanding his client's business needs first and then recommending the most pertinent solution. While focused on supporting Korn Ferry's Product offerings, David often works closely with our Advisory Practice to introduce paired consulting services as needed.
Prior to his role at Korn Ferry Digital, David has several years of success working in Life Sciences, namely, Merck, Pfizer and Novartis. David has held positions in Sales and Sales Training, Marketing as well as Facilitating and leading ILT for top companies. David's experience in Leadership Development and Performance Management continues to drive his interest in Organizational Strategy and Leadership advancement.
While David has worked in many industries including: High technology, Financial Services, Government Defense, and more, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and Biotech are areas of focus given his extensive experience.
David has worked with many leading Pharmaceutical and Bio-tech companies on solutions ranging from Soft Skill development to leadership development and beyond.
The energy, agility and the commitment of the industry pairs well with his approach to Organizational Strategy, Leadership Development and Performance Management systems.
Outside of the office, David is a father of two, plays tennis, attempts Orange Theory and trains in martial arts.
Mr. Boyle holds a BA in Business Administration from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY.
