Mr. Beck has been active in the field of leadership development for the past thirty years. He focuses his considerable energies on promoting organizational effectiveness with coaching, training, and consulting services for a wide variety of organizations. In the course of his career, he has worked with clients in the following industries: energy and utilities, transportation, financial services, healthcare, industrial goods and services, manufacturing, retail, technology products and services, and government and public sector agencies.
Mr. Beck achieves results by combining his observations, insights, and developmental strategies with the best practices of adult learning and leadership theory. He enjoys partnering closely with his clients and co-creating innovative and efficient talent-management systems. He looks for opportunities to enable teams and executives to improve by sharpening their skills, breaking through old barriers, and adopting effective new behaviors.
His coaching expertise is both broad and deepófrom seasoned executives to transitioning or newly promoted leaders, Mr. Beck has extensive experience helping his clients let go of past methods, while building and adopting more effective leadership behaviors to unlock their greater potential.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Beck provided leadership development training and coaching services focused on helping individuals and teams improve their business performance. His professional history includes employment with the Center for Creative Leadership, Denver University, and St Anthony's Healthcare Systems.
Mr. Beck has a Colorado license to practice psychology and earned a doctoral degree in counseling psychology from the Denver University, a master's degree in education from the University of Northern Colorado, and a bachelor's degree in physical education with an emphasis in coaching, also from the University of Northern Colorado.
