David designs and executes solutions for clients integrating disciplines including; organizational design and operating model, workforce planning, functional effectiveness, compensation and benefits (rewards), assessment and selection, performance management and culture.
David led the HR workstream for numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestitures throughout his career. Representative transactions include the acquisition and integration of public and private (including founder led) companies and larger company spin-offs, as well as the sale of a publicly traded subsidiary, stand-up and IPO of a large operating business, and spin-offs of operating businesses to both strategic and financial buyers.
David spent over twenty (20) years at a global financial services firm primarily as a Human Resources leader. In addition to overseeing a $1bn+ portfolio of alternative assets and serving as a board member of investment subsidiaries, he was a subject matter expert, leading the Compensation and HRIS organization for Western Europe while living in the UK and as a business partner for global operating businesses, leading HR for the Global Equities business and subsequently for the Firm's non-core businesses and assets.
David received his Bachelors degree from the University of Notre Dame and Masters Degree in Human Resources Leadership from Rutgers University's School of Management and Labor Relations. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
