Mr. Soubielle provides recommendations to organisations in their talent management plans, diagnosis on existing careers and mobility processes and their adjustments.
His operational responsibilities and assignments led Mr. Soubielle to support a large number of companies during their reorganization and transformations in various industries such as: pharmaceuticals, aeronautics, industrial, transport, banking/insurance and energy.
Mr. Soubielle's expertise lies in the area of talent management and includes; strategic alignment to support organizations' transformation, talent management system design - succession management and leadership development and implementation and project management of the processes
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he hold several positions in HR advisory after having participated in the development of activities as a business manager and chief operating officer.
Mr. Soubielle holds a master's degree in Engineering from Supmeca and a MBA from IAE. He is fluent in French and English.
