Specializing in executive coaching, Ms. Annes has worked closely with senior executives. Her works highlights includes helping the leader clarify priorities, understand the business and organizational context and develop short and long term goals ensuring success and traction.
As an executive coach Ms. Annes collaborates with talented executives in a peer-to-peer relationship. Together developing a focused program that brings measurable results quickly while anticipating and/or recovering from inevitable complexities.
Ms. Annes is adept at helping executives improve leadership agility, adapt to change whether in a new role or new culture, and improve impact. This ultimately improves business results, confidence and influence.
Prior to her role at Korn Ferry, Ms. Annes had her own executive coaching and assessment firm for 15 years. She has held leadership roles at Mind Gym, Inc. as head of solutions, Americas and as vice president of executive coaching at Right Management. She began her career with Special Forces in the military.
Ms. Annes holds a doctor of philosophy in organizational psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. She has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and linguistics “artificial intelligence” from California State.
Ms. Annes is a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School and she contributes regularly to Harvard Business Review's research.
