His experiences encompass all areas of Rewards, including: executive compensation, employee pay, sales compensation, health & wellness programs, stock compensation plan, financial and savings programs, expatriates & mobility, payroll, HRIS, employee analytics, etc..
Much of Mr. Andwan's consulting work is centered around mergers and acquisitions activities and related HR or pay issues.��In addition to having served for 10 years in the Vice President of Total Rewards role at two Fortune 300 companies (Stryker and Delphi), Dominic has worked at several of the major HR consulting firms - PwC, WillisTowersWatson and Mercer.
Mr. Andwan's industry experiences are broad, but tend to focus in life sciences, industrials and technology sector organizations, as well as companies focused on growth and technological innovation.
