A seasoned industry expert with more than twenty years' experience, Dominique partners with local, regional and multinational corporations to identify, attract and retain top talent for positions across the C-Suite and to establish effective and fluid succession plans for critical roles.

Among his clients are some of the world's most well-known and admired organizations in software, hardware and telecommunications, as well as high-profile private equity firms, who value his unparalleled market knowledge and business impact.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Dominique was a Partner at another leading global executive search firm where he successfully established and developed the technology practice in Brazil and managed the client portfolio for the South America region.

Dominique began his career at Raychem Corporation, a Silicon Valley headquartered Fortune 500 company later acquired by Tyco International, where he held several leadership roles across different functions before serving as Managing Director and General Manager of the Telecommunications and Energy Networks divisions in Brazil.

In parallel, he currently serves as a Board director of "Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira Albert Einstein, the largest medical institution in South America, where he previously led as its Chairman, the People's committee.

Dominique holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the "Escola Politécnica da Universidade de Sao Paulo, an MBA from INSEAD (France) and has also completed Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School.

Fluent in English, French and Portuguese, he is also able to communicate in Spanish.
