Principal & Creative Director
Douglas *Coop* Cooper is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s Organizational Strategy practice, helping to lead the Culture, Change & Communications (C3) Studio as a Creative Director based of out New York City.
Coop’s background is in Marketing and Advertising which enables him to elevate the standard, creativity, and effectiveness of corporate communications. As a thought leader, Coop creates executive level documentation with clear storytelling and effective use of visuals which can improve comprehension and increase retention.
His expertise includes leadership alignment, change management, EVP, culture transformation, M&A and restructuring, DE&I, employee engagement and internal communications/branding.
He leads teams from brainstorming and conception, to graphic design and production of innovative and immersive experiences using data visualization, videos, social media, infographics, web and app design, and more.
Some of his clients have included: Ralph Lauren, CVS, Johnson & Johnson, McDonalds, Diachi Sankyo, Maersk, Almirall, Merck, Sanofi and many others.
Prior to working with Korn Ferry he has worked with Fortune 100 companies as well as Start Ups including: IBM, Mercer, Clio Awards, McCann Worldgroup, Bank of Ireland, Swarovski, Mars Candy, and PepsiCo.
He holds a B.F.A in Graphic & Interactive Design and another in Photography with a concentration on Marketing from Temple University – Tyler School of Art, with honors.
