Senior Client Partner, Organisation Strategy
He is passionate about improving how Governments deliver services to citizens relying on them, and has helped Federal, State and Local Governments to enhance customer services, maintain sustainable costs and ultimately achieve better outcomes.
Ed’s speciality is leading whole organisation transformation from strategy through to execution.
His core skills range from strategy development, designing new operating models, organisation design and implementing enterprise or system-wide change. He is a thought leader in a number of areas of operational performance improvement including service personalisation, whole system service delivery models, flexible working and agile operating models.
He has successfully worked across many areas of Government service, though is particularly focused on the human and social aspects of the sector, including health, welfare, justice, and community services.
Examples of this work include leading the establishment of a new Health department, re-structuring a rail operating organisation and architecting veterans’ services across Federal Government.
He joins Korn Ferry from a global digital transformation business, where he led the NSW Government and Human Services Government teams. Prior to that, he worked as a business consultant in ‘Big Four’ professional services (in both Australian and UK). He started his career at the Department for Transport in the UK.
Ed holds a BA and MA in English Literature from Oxford University.
