Mr. Scott has over 20 years of sales and marketing consulting experience, focusing on sales compensation plan assessment, design, communication, and modeling (for both domestic and international clients), sales organization and job design, quota setting, sales force sizing and deployment, benchmarking, and sales productivity analysis.
Mr. Scott has worked with well over 100 clients in 40+ industries and has conducted multi-day workshops in sales compensation plan design for training companies and clients in the U.S., the Middle East, and Asia.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he founded and ran Elliot Scott Consulting LLC for 9 years, and has held senior sales effectiveness and compensation positions at three prominent consulting firms.
Mr. Scott has an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago and a BA from Dartmouth College. He has authored articles for Workspan, Synygy Magazine, and other publications, and conducted seminars on sales compensation and related topics at professional conferences in the US and abroad.
