Ms. Voigt is an organisational psychologist and has experience in executive assessment and development, talent management, organisational development and change management.
Ms Voigt has held organisational development, assessment and change management roles in local and Global organisations, working in various sectors including healthcare, financial services, and industrial.
Joining Korn Ferry in 2013, Ms. Voigt has previously worked across Asia, based in the Korn Ferry Singapore office, before returning to Australia in 2017. She also has experience leading the project management and consulting delivery teams.
Ms. Voigt consults with organisations on areas such as executive assessment, talent management, organisational transformation and capability development.
She is experienced and accredited in a range of assessment tools, simulation-based assessments, and leads internal team and client accreditation workshops on a range of Korn Ferry IP.
Ms. Voigt has a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with Honours, in Psychology from the University of Melbourne, Australia and a Doctorate of Organisational Psychology from Monash University, Australia.
She is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency and a member of the International Association of Applied Psychology.
