Ms. Voigt is an organizational psychologist and has experience in executive assessment, coaching, talent management, learning design, facilitation, and change management.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she consulted on and led learning and development and change management initiatives. Ms. Voigt is experienced and accredited in a range of psychometric assessment tools and simulation based assessments, providing feedback and coaching.
Ms. Voigt has held roles in executive assessment and coaching, learning, and organizational development in the oil and gas, healthcare, government, financial services, and consulting industries. She previously worked across Asia, based in the Korn Ferry Singapore office.
Ms. Voigt consults with organizations on areas such as talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational change.
Ms. Voigt has a bachelor of arts degree, with honors, in psychology from the University of Melbourne, Australia and a doctorate of organizational psychology from Monash University, Australia.
She is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency and a member of the International Association of Applied Psychology.
