Emma Fenwick

Vice President, RPO New Zealand
Emma Fenwick has been with Korn Ferry since 2005 and during this time Emma has worked across a number of solutions within Australia and New Zealand.

In her current role as Vice President, RPO New Zealand Ms. Fenwick is responsible for the overall operations and delivery of the RPO business within New Zealand.

Ms. Fenwick also has responsibility for the Talent Delivery Centre leading a large hub of sourcing specialists delivering sourcing and administration support to all our key RPO clients across Australian and New Zealand. These clients include Fonterra, Jetstar, Nike, Cummins, Qantas, Aon, Perpetual, NZ Post, Paypal, Nbn, Dulux, GFG Alliance, iCare, AGL, Ixom and Stockland. Along side this role, Ms. Fenwick is the Client Director for the Fonterra, NZ Post and Vodafone RPO solutions.

Prior to her role as Client Director, Ms. Fenwick managed the Fonterra RPO solution, leading a team of 40 to deliver talent acquisition solutions; including graduate recruitment, organisational restructures, and large-scale volume and seasonal recruitment.

Ms. Fenwick has worked in both Australia and New Zealand, and has held numerous account management roles within the recruitment industry, primarily across large manufacturing & FMCG clients.

Ms. Fenwick’s specialisation sits in Solution Design, the delivery of large scale recruitment projects, setting up and implementing in-house recruitment models, graduate and volume recruitment, change management solutions and continuous improvement.
