Mr. van Zelm has a longstanding experience as a consultant. He has worked for a wide variety of clients in all kind of sectors mainly in HR realm, but not exclusively. He worked for Philips, Bakkenist Management Consultants, Korn Ferry and Korn Ferry.
Mr. van Zelm has an extensive experience in the analysis and evaluation of work. He has developed and implemented job family frameworks for small and large companies. His strength is the design and management and implementation of big and complex projects in sensitive political environments.
Mr. van Zelm is a top global expert in the work measurement area. He analyzed and evaluated a wide range of jobs up to the level of presidents of countries and CEOs of multinational companies. He led the Korn Ferry work measurement practice in EMEA for several years.
Mr. van Zelm had a leading role in the development of work measurement software, manuals and several e-training modules. He has done research and product development for a range of subjects.
As a member of the Korn Ferry Institute, Mr. van Zelm spends half of his time in research and IP development. He leads a network of multinational companies headquartered in the EMEA region.
Mr. van Zelm has a master's level sociology degree from the University of Utrecht. He followed internal and external training regarding organizational analysis and design, job analysis and design, and diverse subjects in human resources.
Mr. van Zelm is fluent in English and is a native Dutch speaker. He has a proficient level in German and French.
