With a passion for Search, Mr. Armino brings more than 15 years experience of in developing and building trusted client relationships across Singapore and Southeast Asia, Continental Europe, and the U.S.A markets.

Mr. Armino has built a market specialization  delivering retained engagements from middle management up to C-level.

Building firm relationships across Southeast Asia with both multinational and local clients up to board level, he has led numerous business critical and technical assignments for a variety of industry sectors.

Specializing in market mapping, designing optimal sourcing strategies, consulting, identifying and assessing both internal and external candidates, and strategic industry referrals.

Mr. Armino started his career in Management Consulting  for some years in Europe working for a Leading global Firm, before joining an All Cargo Airline as Sales & Revenue Manager, based out of Milan, responsible for flights profitability, market growth, and client management at Global level.

Mr. Armino is educated at LIUC University Italy with a major in business administration. He has lived and worked in Europe and South East Asia. He is bilingual in Italian and English.
