Ms. van den Belt has more than 20 years of work experience in strategic consultancy and human resources. For the last five years she has worked for a variety of international clients and multinationals with a combined focus on talent management advisory/leadership assessment as well as executive search. She is certified in all the Korn Ferry psychometric tools available. Since 2017 she focuses solely on advisory work.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry Ms. van den Belt spent ten years with Shell International in The Netherlands, where she held a variety of senior HR, recruitment, and talent management roles.
Ms. van den Belt started her professional career as a strategy consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton in Buenos Aires, and later in Amsterdam, where she held responsibility for international projects. After five years she assumed a position with Robert Walters in Amsterdam as a recruitment consultant.
Ms. van den Belt obtained a masters degree in business economics from the University of Groningen. She has an international background, having been raised in the UK, Brazil, and the Netherlands.
Ms. van den Belt is fluent in Dutch, Spanish, and English, and also speaks Portuguese.
