Mr. Zubieta has worked for companies from different industries on defining integrated policies, from organizational design to the implementation of talent management systems. He has collaborated with different industrial groups on projects related to defining reward policies aligned with corporate strategies, and implementing those policies in different countries, mainly in South America.
Mr. Zubieta's specializes in employee effectiveness management, organizational analysis and improvement, job evaluation, and job family models.
Mr. Zubieta has worked in the area of talent management through performance management, capability models, talent mapping, and succession planning. Within compensation, he has worked with reward policies including fixed compensation, variable pay systems and benefits.
Mr. Zubieta works with organizations on the implementation of their strategies, through projects relating to employee effectiveness, organizational improvement, talent management, and the definition of reward policies.
Mr. Zubieta has a master's of science in telecommunications from the Bilbao Faculty of Engineering and a master in business administration from Deusto Business School.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Accenture as a consultant, defining processes and functional requirements for the implementation of information systems.
Mr. Zubieta is fluent in English, Spanish and Basque.
