Ms. Schnoor brings her previous experience in consulting to the firm where she led projects in reward and benefits. With over 10 years experience on projects focussed on reward strategies, total reward frameworks, cost to company implementation, guaranteed pay, variable pay, reward analytics, data analysis, job profiling, job measurement and salary benchmarking.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry Ms Schnoor led Compensation and Benefits for Africa at a large, global FMCG. At the time she also managed international moves and mobility to and out of Africa.
In addition she has experience in organisation design, performance management and delivering feedback on the Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential.
She is passionate about the development of people and coaching and holds a Professional Business Coaching Programme qualification with the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
Ms Schnoor also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa and a Global Remuneration Practitioner (GRP) accreditation with the World at Work.
